Just finished watching the 3.4 livestream of the Wuthering Waves and I am SO fucking hyped for the collab. They've been teasing this for so long, it feels so surreal seeing the new upcoming collab resonators Lucy and Rebecca on the screen.

About the upcoming resonators:
Do note that I'm not familiar with the game nor the series (but lowkey planning to watch it ngl, I've heard and seen some spoilers which I don't mind but I heard it's a good series), but coming from the positive reactions of other people, I'd say they did justice on the Lucy and Rebecca designs. And can you believe we're getting a free 5* Rebecca??? I feel bad for the players who already converted their asterites though, since the collab convene uses a totally different currency lol 😭

And don't let me get started with President Lucilla. She's SO GORGEOUS. The way she still has her fancy, expensive handbag on her arm while attacking enemies? YUMMY. Her forte is so unique, and the way Kuro Games just keep upgrading and exceeding their creativity on characters. I'm so sad, I want to get her, but I don't think it's beneficial for me and my account since I don't have any glacio dps (sorry for not pulling Hiyuki and Carlotta 💔) But hopefully, if Hiyuki reruns, I may reconsider pulling for a glacio dps, and then I can get Lucilla on her rerun.

About the new map, Night City:
It looks so fucking unique yet still fits with the Wuthering Waves concept?? It reminds me of Honami City, only darker and with more neon lights lol. And the new puzzles and exploration gimmick? Oh, I'm definitely gonna be enjoying 100% every nook and cranny of that area, bet.

About the new events:
I don't know how to feel about the motorbike racing coop thing. I barely do coop (and I don't have any coop achievements at all lol) and I fear my laptop will freeze or crash from the amount of graphics + other players in a single world. Though I might try it for the asterites (I'm f2p; I can't be choosy omg). And I think they're bringing Somnoire: Illusive Realm again. I loved this event back when it was first introduced, I'm so happy they brought it back and then in the future. I enjoyed using different characters and using different teams.

Overall thoughts:
Kuro Games really made the players go through different stages of grief the moment we all stepped in Lahai-Roi, it feels surreal getting treated like this and acting all happy and stuff next version LMAO. They did mention the next main story quest focuses on Lucilla and probably an intro to the Night City, but I'm so excited. I'm so glad I came back to play Wuthering Waves again and getting to experience the first collab. Can't wait for June 8th!!

Also, to anyone who's considering on starting Wuthering Waves now (be it because of the upcoming collab or out of curiousity), all I can say is just play at your own pace (1.0 main quests can be boring but trust and wait until you reach 2.0) and most importantly, journey well!
